The hygrostat type HG Mini is used as an on-off controller to control the relative air humidity on the DD Desiccant range. It can also be used to control air humidifiers and dehumidifiers in offices and computer rooms. Other areas of use are storage of foodstuffs and luxury foods, cooling rooms for fruit and vegetables, greenhouses for gardening use, the textile industry, the paper and printing industry, the film industry and hospitals.

The hygrostats can be used almost anywhere that air humidity has to be regulated or monitored. The room hygrostat HG Mini-i is designed so that the adjusting knob and the scale are inside the housing. This makes unauthorized manipulation by third parties more difficult.

Tongdy Wall Mounted Remote Humidistat

The Tongdy hygrostat type controls humidity between 0-100% and is ideal where a a very low rh is required. It is used as an on-off controller to control the relative air humidity on the DD Desiccant range. It can also be used to control air humidifiers and dehumidifiers in offices and computer rooms. Available in integral or 2m external sensor models.

Other areas of use are storage of foodstuffs and luxury foods, cooling rooms for fruit and vegetables, greenhouses for gardening use, the textile industry, the paper and printing industry, the film industry and hospitals. Wiring Notes:

Front of DD unit is a 3 pin plug. From the unit to controller connect a 0.5mm or less 2-core cable. Connect to pins 1 & 2 on the DD plug (solder connection is required). The connect to the controller will be on pins 3 & 4. Connect a 240vac supply to connector 1&2 on controller. No earth is required for the controller. The controller features 4 dip switches. Switch 1,2&4 should be in the off position. Switch 3 should be placed in the on position.
