EBAC Industrial Products Ltd agrees to repair or (at the Vendor's option) replace any Goods which prove to be of unsatisfactory quality at
the date of delivery provided that as a condition to any claim for repair or replacement, such claim must be made by the Purchaser within twelve months of the date of delivery as aforesaid. The Vendor EBAC Industrial Products reserves the right to decide where warranty repairs are to be carried out. Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom are covered by a 12-month, parts only warranty. A warranty return form will be emailed to you for you to complete and return with the item
